Port of Halifax Colouring Contest

Thank-you to all children who participated in the 2006 Port of Halifax Colouring Contest. We had a lot of great entries, which made it difficult to make a final selection.
The winning picture that will appear on the cover of the Halifax Port Authority Christmas Card was drawn by Spencer Bouchard, age 9. Thank you to all of the participants, you are all budding artists!
