Cruise Passenger Market - Request for Proposals

The Halifax Port Authority (HPA) is inviting proposals from qualified parties to operate a retail market on its property catering to the cruise trade commencing in 2003. The successful proponent will be responsible for all aspects of the market operation including design, development and management, which will be carried out pursuant to a licensed agreement with HPA.
This is a Request for Proposal, not a call for tenders. HPA is not bound to accept any of the proposals submitted. Sealed proposals marked "Cruise Passenger Market" should be received at the following address on or before 3:00 p.m., February 14, 2003:
